Ruby loves her meals times, you should see how excited she get when she sees the White container with red top. She jumps and digs in and it is gone before I get the container back in the refrigerator. Only problem I had is the delivery guy left in my box in the driveway last delivery and I had to open it and take out ten at a time because I could not pick the box up. Maybe you could tell the shipper to put it on the porch.

My dog was eating Ollie for at least a year and then started suddenly getting sick (vomiting, bad poop in the middle of the night) even though he was on the same recipe as he always had been. This only occurred with the food from Ollie. I think there were some changes to the ingredients in our last two batches. We had to scrap the whole batch (we order a month at a time so it was not ideal) and go back to feeding kibble to settle his stomach. It was good while it lasted but also I’m now saving money on dog food by using less expensive kibble.

First of all the customer service is wonderful I have a new puppy and they have been really great working with me with my pups food increasing as she gets older they are also very informative and actually want to speak with you on the phone they don’t rush you off like other companies. Second the food is phenomenal my pup loves it , I tried 2 other FF companies before Ollie and Ollie definitely hit all 3 the customer service the food freshness and delivery on time. I left my last ff company because the food was always delivered late and the packs on top were always defrosted. My puppy loves it so much I had to get a slow feeder and I rotate monthly between chicken turkey and beef which is way better for their digestive system and immune system and Ollie makes it very easy to switch it up. Just happy my baby is eating healthy and not the disgusting junk kibble that’s loaded with carbs and toxic preservatives.

This company is an absolute game changer. Our dogs are Frenchies and used to be very picky. One in particular, wouldn’t eat anything except for obviously delicious human food. Now he cannot wait for dinner and eats every bit of his Ollie. My dogs also used to have the worst gas, which I thought was just a breed trait, not all anymore! It’s so easy to thaw and serve, even for when we have someone else watching them. My only suggestion would be for the company could somehow limit a packaging waste in the future. Other than that we’re Ollie devotees and would recommend to anyone!
